We have a strong vision for the Trust, centered around us being a community where everyone will flourish and succeed through collaboration, innovation and aspiration.
Our trust is more than just a group of schools – we are a community. We deeply value the partnership we have with parents, carers, volunteers, staff, and the wider community. Together we are making a real difference to our pupils and inspire them to achieve their best and thrive in whatever their future holds. The strength of this community partnership is what has led to the excellent outcomes we are seeing across all our schools.
Our internal Trust community is really special and something we greatly value. By connecting our schools through working parties we can share expertise and ideas, and develop best practice which will lead to better outcomes. Our working parties are currently focusing on issues such as artificial intelligence, pupil wellbeing, curriculum, and teaching and learning.

Quality is the foundation of everything that we do at Triumph Learning Trust, whether this be in striving for excellence in pupil outcomes, or striving for excellence in how we manage our estates. All aspects of our Trust focus on quality, and in doing so positive outcomes will follow. We have seen the impact of focusing on quality and promoting exceptional practice within our schools and our pupils have benefitted.
Resilience is about having the capacity and toughness to thrive as a Trust, especially in challenging circumstances. We believe our community of schools are stronger together. As a Trust, we foster resilience by recruiting and developing outstanding people within our school community and getting the maximum value for money from our funding to deliver the best we can for our pupils.
