Join Our Trust

“Coming together is a beginning; staying together is progress; working together is success”.

Our Belief

We believe that an aspirational and inspirational education is the right of every child.

Our Trust was created with one sole aim: For member schools to deliver, through partnership and collaboration, an outstanding learning experience for all children so they flourish and thrive enabling them to achieve their own individual excellence.

Does this sound like your school/Trust ethos too?

Our Community Approach

Our vision for the Trust is a community where everyone will flourish and succeed.

Community to us means local, so we are only aiming to work with schools who are within a 30-minute drive of Coventry or Rugby, our two current hubs.

We want to create a place where all schools belong whilst celebrating their unique identity.  Uniqueness is important because each school is reflective of its local community and pupil needs and therefore has found its own unique way of meeting those needs.  These differences are important in our Trust community and as part of our strategic partnership approach we encourage and facilitate the sharing of learning, practices, expertise and experiences across our schools to foster a continuous improvement mentality in striving towards outstanding outcomes.

Our Trust is unique schools, connected.

Our Investment in People

Those with the biggest impact on a child’s education are the people in the classroom with them every day.  An important driver for our Trust is to invest in people and provide our staff with opportunities which develop and support their practice whilst further improving the outcomes achieved by a school.  This means we have a comprehensive development programme for staff at all levels and this is fully supported by our Professional Growth appraisal approach.

We hope this investment also allows us to retain our talented staff and develop our leaders of tomorrow from within.

Schools joining our Trust will have immediate access to this investment and give their staff the opportunity for further development, with greater opportunities available across a larger organisation.

Our Support Structure

We want our schools to focus on the education and needs of its pupils and so we ensure that the Trust Shared Services team provides outstanding support to facilitate the school’s operational needs.  This means that we have standardised practices for how we work as an organisation for things such as recruitment, ordering supplies, or procuring service contracts.

Through leveraging our size to improve efficiencies and bringing in talent which a school on its own could not afford, we aim to put as much money into education as possible.  Our professional Shared Services team will drive innovation across the Trust to improve how we work and facilitate an outstanding education in our schools.

Our Shared Services team will lead across finance, HR, IT, estates, GDPR, compliance, and communications.  Schools will still be in the driving seat for education delivery and curriculum development.
